We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to join this friendly and supportive SEN school in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work one-to-one with a student, helping them thrive in a nurturing, child-focused environment.

Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

About the Role:
You will provide individualised 1:1 support to a student with additional needs, assisting with their learning and personal development both in and out of the classroom. You'll be working in a small, close-knit school with a strong sense of community and a team who truly value collaboration and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Support a student with additional needs on a one-to-one basis
Work alongside teaching staff to implement tailored learning and support plans
Promote independence, engagement, and confidence in learning
Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom and school environment
