Individual Needs Assistant (1:1 Support) - SEN School | Worthing

We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to join this friendly and supportive SEN school in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work one-to-one with a student, helping them thrive in a nurturing, child-focused environment.

About the Role:

You will provide individualised 1:1 support to a student with additional needs, assisting with their learning and personal development both in and out of the classroom. You'll be working in a small, close-knit school with a strong sense of community and a team who truly value collaboration and care.

Key Responsibilities:
