Location: Aldershot / Basingstoke
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 pa

The responsibilities of the Product Quality Engineer include:
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the conformance of goods and sample inspection of manufactured products.
- Lead problem-solving efforts to identify root causes and complete CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Manage customer returns processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Evaluate processes and make continuous improvements, implementing new equipment and systems as needed.
- Support customer visits, audits, and quality-based RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Oversee production documentation, including FAIR reports, SCAR reports, and concessions.

We're looking for a Product Quality Engineer who has:
- Experience in PCB assembly and familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 standards.
- A background in quality management and production documentation.
- Knowledge of IPC Standards and ISO 9001 quality systems.
