We are seeking a dedicated Housing Options Team Leader to oversee a dynamic team focused on providing housing solutions and support for vulnerable people and minority groups. This role requires a deep understanding of housing and homelessness legislation, and the ability to manage and supervise a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and manage a team of 6 Housing options advisors.
• Ensure the team's operations align with housing and homelessness legislation and statutory duties.
• Oversee the delivery of front-line housing services, ensuring the needs of vulnerable groups are met with appropriate housing solutions.
• Monitor and enhance team performance through effective management and leadership practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven management or supervisory experience within a local authority-based environment (housing is essential)
• Strong knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation and related statutory duties.
• Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge and leadership in housing solutions.
