Due to continued growth this manufacturer in South Gloucestershire has an opportunity for Stores supervisor, goods in supervisor or logistics supervisor working for an established and successful manufacturer of special purpose equipment, reporting to the production team.
The stores supervisor, goods in supervisor or logistics supervisor role will involve
- Supervise 1 team member
- Update and be responsible for Goods in and out
- Check goods in paperwork matches and is correct
- Booking in of returned units, tracking and progressing outstanding returns
- Liaising with the service exchange team and customers
- Updating the database accurately
- Basic inspection of goods incoming
- Unload deliveries
- Locate and put stock in the correct locations
- Rolling Stock takes
- Attend daily production meetings where required
- A Forklift licence is not essential for the role but you must be open to training to obtain this in the future.
The successful stores supervisor, goods in supervisor or logistic's supervisor will be able to
- Demonstrate a previous track record of working in stores or production environments with stock and parts experience
- Be computer literate to update information accurately
- Familiar with good in & out and liaising with carriers
- Be able to communicate well with colleagues
- Prepared to lead a small team (i other person)

Salary: 29,500, annually with opportunity for overtime at time and a half.

Duration: Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00 pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm
