Job Purpose

  • Provide a full suite of accountancy compliance support to a varied client portfolio.
  • Review and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements and tax returns for a varied portfolio of clients in a range of sectors.
  • Oversight of preparation of VAT returns.
  • Onboarding clients.
  • Invoicing.
  • Overseeing workflow and managing deadlines.
  • Oversight of staff resourcing for the portfolio.
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts.
  • UK GAAP.
  • Review the work of junior staff, providing constructive feedback and supportive coaching.
  • Build trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Manage workflow and ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met.
  • Support the firm’s growth by identifying new service lines for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with accountancy regulations.
