Legal Cashier – Office-BasedWrexham, North WalesFull-time or Part-timeCompetitive salary, depending on experienceWe are a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in Wrexham, North Wales, looking to expand our friendly and supportive cashiering team with the addition of an experienced Legal Cashier.In this office-based role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant handling of all financial transactions. It’s a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in legal cashiering who’s ready to take the next step in a collaborative and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client and office account transactions in line with SRA regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Handle payments, receipts, and transfers while following AML procedures
  • Work with fee earners and support staff to resolve queries
  • Uphold internal financial controls and procedures
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Cashier in a law firm (minimum 1–2 years)
  • Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
  • Proficiency in legal accounts software (experience with Solicitors Own Software is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
  • Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
