Job Title: Assembly Operatives
Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate
Salary: £23,360 per annum + £3,502 shift allowance (£13.77/hour)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, rotating 2-shift pattern
We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join our busy manufacturing team based at our facilities on the Wrexham Industrial Estate site.
Shift Pattern (2-Week Rotation):
Week One:
Mon-Wed: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Thu-Fri: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Week Two:
Mon-Wed: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Thu-Fri: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly, testing, and packing of link boxes
Ensuring all tasks are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality
Involvement in some heavy lifting tasks
What we are looking for:
Previous manufacturing/production experience (preferable)
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
Able to work as part of a team to achieve collective targets
Passion for quality
