Machine Operatives - Plastic Manufacturing (Wrexham)

A well-established plastic manufacturing company in Wrexham is seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Job Type: Full-time Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rates:

Rotating Day/Night Shifts: 12.82 per hour

Weekend Overtime (after 12 weeks): 18.32 per hour

Paid breaks included

Shift Patterns:

Days: 06:00 - 18:00

Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery throughout the production process

Pick and stack finished products

Conduct quality checks

Monitor production lines for efficiency and safety

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to site safety standards

Ideal Candidate:

Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Reliable team player with good communication skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Awareness of health and safety regulations

Punctual, proactive, and able to follow procedures accurately
