Engineering Site Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proven experience within an FMCG environment
- Developing and leading shift engineers through mentoring, appraisals and overall performance management
- A consistent focus on the effective direction of the team ensuring the delivery of proactive, planned-preventative maintenance ensuring equipment and general operation can meet targets and demand
- Supporting the introduction of new equipment as part of a continued drive for innovation
- Through effective direction of the team, efficient reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime
- Forward thinking and positive in approach
- Must have strong communication skills
- Collaborative working as a focus across various departments
- Hands-on approach and able to lead from the front
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about continuous improvement
- Ability to work as part of a cross functional team
