This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about driving performance, and wants to take on a visible leadership position with real influence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted business partner to the Divisional Leadership Team, helping shape and execute global strategy
  • Leading the annual budget process, monthly forecasts, and all aspects of financial performance
  • Overseeing financial consolidation, statutory compliance, and reporting requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to US GAAP, SOX, and corporate governance standards
  • Driving continuous improvement across financial processes, FP&A, and compliance
  • Leading and supporting both internal and external audits
  • Guiding the business to achieve ambitious short- and long-term objectives

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA/ACA qualified preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
  • At least 10 years' controlling and accounting experience, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; HFM knowledge is a plus
