We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our busy bodyshop team in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and professional service
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Book in vehicles for repair work and manage appointment scheduling
- Liaise with customers throughout the repair process, providing regular updates
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for bodywork repairs
- Process invoices and handle payments
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain customer records and job files
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Essential Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (experience in automotive/bodyshop environment desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Professional telephone manner
- Computer literate with good IT skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
