Are you a detail-driven food industry professional ready to step into a critical technical role? Our client, a leading name in food manufacturing, is on the hunt for a Validation & Verification Technologist to champion food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement on-site.
What you'll be doing:
* Oversee all site validation and verification activities, including allergen, nutrition, species, cooking, cleaning, and cooling validations-ensuring audit readiness at all times.
* Plan and manage swabbing, sampling, traceability checks, and CCP audits, maintaining compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety protocols.
* Write detailed technical reports and ensure complete, accurate documentation of all verification and process control measures.
* Act as the critical link between the Technical and Development teams, ensuring technical systems and food safety standards are fully aligned.
* Maintain key schedules including metal detection checks, validation timelines, and ensure timely communication of corrective actions when deviations occur.
* Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying risks, verifying control measures, and delivering excellence in food safety culture.
