Job Title: Transport Operations Co-Ordinator
Location: Wrexham, Wales
Salary: 25,500.00 (salary increases after 6 months of probation)
Contract Details: Permanent, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday and 1 in 6 Saturdays)

Responsibilities:
As a Transport Operations Co-Ordinator, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
Setting up new contracts with clients and arranging timely deliveries and removals of bins.
Planning efficient routes for our drivers, optimising for performance and customer satisfaction.
Daily liaison with customers and drivers to resolve any issues, including rerouting vehicles as necessary.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our management system by inputting data promptly.
Undertaking general office duties to support the smooth operation of the depot.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this fast-paced environment, you should possess:
Previous experience in a transport office, particularly in planning or routing vehicles.
Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, to manage data effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with team members and clients.
A collaborative spirit, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all operations.
