Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading logistics and shipping company in their search for FLT Drivers to work in their warehouse in Wrexham.
For the successful FLT Driver our client is offering:
- £13.18 per hour
- 4 on 4 off - 2 days 2 nights (7-7)
- Temporary to Permanent position
- Immediate inductions available
The role – FLT Driver:
- To operate forklift trucks to transport finished products and packaging in a safe & controlled manner, ensuring there is no damage to the materials
- Move finished products from production areas to internal / external warehouses
- Provide quality inspection on all pallets to be moved
- Supply the production department with the packaging requirements and pallets, return any foreign pallets and excessive packaging materials to stock
- Removal of packaging from finished goods pallet to allow them to be fed onto the lines
- Complete daily FLT safety checks & record in record book
What our client is looking for in a FLT Driver:
- In-date FLT Counterbalance License (in-house considered if proof can be shown) - ESSENTIAL
- Pass Drug & Alcohol Test - ESSENTIAL
- Punctuality & Reliability
- Professional attitude to work
- Experience within a fast paced warehousing environment - ADVANTAGEOUS
- Familiarity of Health and Safety policy procedures & Hygiene rules and procedures
