New Contracts Administrator

£25k per annum

Monday - Friday / General Office Hours

Wrexham

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a New Contracts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the New Contracts Manager, you will liaise on a daily basis via telephone with new customers and brokers, administrating the contract process and setting them up on the internal systems and in-house CRM system. This is a 100% office based role.

Performance Objectives

  • Liaise and support new customers with the onboarding process.
  • Issue contracts out to new customers.
  • Set new customers up on the CRM system.
  • Account manage customers.
  • Deal with any queries customers may have.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls regards to new contracts and the onboarding process.
  • Complete any general administration duties that come with the role.

Person Specification

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of using internal CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Must be happy work in an office on a full-time basis.
