Residential Administrator

Wrexham

24,000 plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday with additional days awarded based on length of service, health care plan, early Friday finish, and flexible working options post-probation.

My prestigious client based in Wrexham is looking for a Residential Administrator to join its well established and friendly team. This is an ideal role for someone with some previous Legal experience to join a professional concern. There are also opportunities for progression for the right candidates.

Essential experience

  • Previous experience in an Administration role , ideally from the Legal Sector
  • Experience of Land Registry Applications and Requisitions
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Good organisation and planning skills, with an ability to prioritise workload effectively and work to tight deadlines.
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office.
  • Previous experience in a professional office would be desirable but not essential

Key Duties

  • Providing a friendly and efficient service to clients and colleagues
  • Preparation of documents through accurate typing
  • Preparation of emails and diary system and TEAMS
  • Dealing with client both on the telephone and face to face
  • Making appointments and diary management
  • Accurate filing and storage
  • Assisting with front of house reception duties
