27,000 - 31,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)

The Role
Account Manager required for a dynamic and progressive organisation who provide first class service to their client base. This is a vital role which involves developing strong relationships as well as identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Managing inbound customer queries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Account managing a wide portfolio of clients via email, phone and video call.
  • Consulting with clients, making them aware of the products available to them.
  • Developing company product knowledge to discuss with client base.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and company departments.
  • Using help desk software as well as CRM software (Sales force).
  • Present demonstrations of products on MS Teams.



Account Manager requirements:

  • Background in Account Management, business development or customer service.
  • Effective relationship builder.
  • Customer focused as well as a fantastic communicator.
  • A warm, positive, confident professional, adaptable to change and evolving requirements.
  • Commercially minded
  • Competent user of Microsoft suites including Excel and PowerPoint as well as have the ability to use CRM software.
