Performance Objectives

  • Team Leader for Materials & Logistics.
  • Leading the Materials Team daily operating duties and managing stock accuracy.
  • Leading the Logistics team, planning inbound and outbound materials and finished goods.
  • Loading and unloading containers on site.
  • Feeding production lines.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in a materials and logistics role within a manufacturing environment, with supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to materials handling and logistics.
  • Experience in container management and coordinating goods in and out operations.
  • Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
