Our client is currently recruiting on a permanent basis for a Paint Sprayer to work within their well-established team in their facility in North Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sprayer to join a forward-thinking, industry leading manufacturing business who offer strong progression routes.

This role is on a rotating shift pattern (shown below) which will include weekends and nights.

The Package:

  • Rotating shift pattern (Week 1 - 60 hours across 5 days / Week 2 - 24 hours across 2 days)

Key duties include:

  • Setting up and using spray guns
  • Mixing and spraying water-based paints to specification
  • Prepping and painting complex parts
  • Completing necessary paperwork

Requirements:

  • Experience mixing paints and verifying paint film thickness
  • Skilled in surface preparation and painting complex components
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Good standard of written English
