About the Role:You’ll play a key role in supporting our busy conveyancing department, providing high-quality secretarial assistance to the qualified team. Your experience in residential or commercial property transactions will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing legal documents related to property transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
  • Audio typing
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records and case files

  • Previous experience in conveyancing is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in case management systems
