The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving agricultural machinery and equipment. You will ensure minimal downtime, support safe operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our farm operations.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on agricultural machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Provide technical support and guidance to farm staff on equipment use and care.

About You

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Technician in agriculture, farming, or heavy machinery.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
