Reporting to the MD you will;
- Report and drive data quality - CRM reporting (Hubspot) on activity calls, meetings etc
- Sales ledger analysis - not bought reports at customer and product level, sales performance reviews
- Prospecting - identification, appraisal of suitability and reporting on activity
- Pipeline, revenue and productivity reporting; delivering accurate regional, product, and individual sales performance reporting; turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Sales Forecasting; working closely with sales to ensure data accuracy of opportunities in CRM and assisting sales with any updates required.
- Sampling - review and reporting on status of sampling and success
Skills and Qualifications:
The candidate will need to be able to communicate with colleagues, customers and other parties verbally and in person, and be able to prepare reports and present them.
3+ years' experience working in a sales operations or business analyst role
Experience of working with CRM, (preferably Hub Spot)
Detail orientated, with experience of data analysis and report creation using BI tools.
Good understanding of sales performance and metrics
