Great opportunity to work as a Meat Room Operative for our client, a professional yet friendly company that specialises in making and developing chilled meals for the top UK supermarkets, making over 3.7million chilled meals every week.
Staffline is recruiting Meat Room Operatives in Wrexham.
The rate of pay is £13.74 to £14.81 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at £20.61 to £22.22 per hour.
This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:
- 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm
- 4 on 4 off, 6pm to 6am
A good level of flexibility is required.
Your Time at Work
As a Meat Room Operative you will work as part of a 6-man team in the meat room prep area.. There are several aspects to the role where you will be required to train to allow you to gain experience and knowledge of meat mincing in bulk .
There is a high level of manual handling involved with this job.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have good communication skills, have legible handwriting and be able to work within a team. You will be punctual and reliable.
Applicants will be aware of foreign body hazards in the area and be proactive in preventing foreign body contamination.
A good understanding of machinery setup and standards, and good GMP standards is essential.
