Job Title: Plant Operator
Location: Wrexham - Llay Industrial Estate
Remuneration: Up to 16 p/hour, depending on experience
Contract Details: Temporary, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust rubber processing equipment to ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
- Troubleshoot and support the operation of Green Rubber installations at customer sites.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair minor equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate logs of machine performance and suggest improvements.
- Perform quality control assessments on recovered materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free plant environment, supporting zero-waste policies.
- Engage in international travel for Green Rubber roll out installations.
Ideally, you must:
- A Jet Washing Accreditation is required for this role.
- Commute to the Operations plant near Wrexham five days a week.
- Be proficient in operating heavy machinery and automated systems.
- Hold a full clean driving licence.
- Exhibit strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Possess a solid sense of health and safety awareness.
- Be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be willing to travel and work overtime as required.
