Description

You'll be an essential part of the finance team, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming purchase invoices and assisting with account reconciliation

  • Recording and tracking staff expenses and credit card transactions

  • Keeping financial records accurate and up to date to support internal reporting

  • Managing the shared finance inbox and supporting with general administration

  • Working closely with colleagues across the finance team to support projects and ensure deadlines are met

Profile

The successful Junior Finance Assistant will have:

  • Confidence using Excel to organise and manage data

  • A keen eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to communication

  • Previous experience in finance or office administration is useful, but not essential

  • An interest in working towards AAT qualifications - or already studying (support is available if you're just starting out!)
