About the Role:

Reed Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Wrexham. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire students and make a real impact in the classroom.

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, with a strong focus on raising attainment and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Monitor student progress and provide targeted support where needed
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental development
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in parent meetings and school events

Requirements:

  • QTS and a strong background in teaching Maths
  • Proven experience in UK secondary schools
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Reed)
