The Opportunity:

We're currently working with a leading manufacturer in the Wrexham area that is expanding its engineering team across multiple sites. As part of this growth, we're looking to appoint several Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong mechanical and electrical experience to take the next step in their career within a modern, well-invested manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly
  • Responding to breakdowns and troubleshooting machinery issues to minimise downtime
  • Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment and technologies
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure consistent product quality and audit compliance
  • Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety across all activities
  • Contributing to technical projects and supporting training and development initiative

What We're Looking For:
Must-Have:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Qualified electrically or mechanically, or time-served with proven multi-skilled capability
  • Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in food production, FMCG, or a highly regulated manufacturing setting
