User Jearney Manager

Location: Norfolk

About the Company Our client is an online entertainment business that specialises in delivering exciting experiences to their passionate online community. They are scaling rapidly and are looking for smart, curious, data-driven individuals to help take their growth to the next level. As the Conversion and Lifecycle Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey — from the first click to long-term loyalty — combining strategic website optimisation with impactful email and SMS strategies.

The Role

This role is at the core of the company’s growth and user experience. You will lead the CRO strategy to enhance website and mobile journeys while also designing and implementing CRM flows that engage, convert, and retain users throughout the customer funnel.

You will take ownership of landing page performance, leveraging tools like Unbounce, Instapage, VWO, or similar to build, test, and iterate efficiently without heavy reliance on development support.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a CRO roadmap across web and mobile — landing pages, funnels, checkout, and more
  • Build and optimise automated email and SMS journeys — including onboarding, post-entry, winback, and loyalty flows
  • Own and optimise landing pages using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, or similar)
  • Analyse user behaviour and performance through tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Klaviyo (or similar)
  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates, engagement, and revenue
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to swiftly implement optimisations
  • Drive personalisation and segmentation across web and CRM to deliver tailored experiences
  • Own KPIs related to conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV, and report insights to the wider team
  • Promote a culture of testing, iteration, and customer-first thinking throughout the business

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a CRO, CRM, or growth marketing role, preferably within e-commerce and subscription models
  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable
  • Proficiency in landing page optimisation tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of UX, behavioural design, and funnel optimisation
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance metrics and generate actionable insights
  • Passion for customer journeys, rapid feedback loops, and scaling conversions
