Our client, who are based on the outskirts of Norwich, are an established automotive technology company with a global client base. They are recruiting for a Graduate/Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their innovative R&D team.
You will be responsible for producing mechanical designs for a range of products and applications in 3D and 2D using SolidWorks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts using 2D drawings, 3D models and prototypes.
- Produce engineering drawings, specifications, BOM structures, part lists and costings.
- Managing multiple design tasks at once.
- Minimum of BEng Mechanical Design/Engineering.
- CAD skills, preference for SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
- Automotive project experience would be preferred.
- Internship experience would be highly beneficial for this role.
- Salary up to 32,000.
