Job Description
We are seeking a warm and reliable Nursery Assistant to join a vibrant early years setting in Wythall. This full-time role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of childcare knowledge, patience, and positivity to support children's development from their earliest stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery room and routines

• Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that promotes learning through play

• Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

• Observe and monitor children’s progress and help with their personal care needs

• Work in partnership with parents and the wider team to promote children's welfare

Required Experience

• Level 2 or higher qualification in Childcare or Early Years

• Experience working in an EYFS setting

• An understanding of the EYFS framework

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
