Pay: £15–£18 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00–16:30 | Friday 08:00–15:30
Location: Wythall, Worcestershire
Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality ventilation systems, acoustic products, louvres, and grilles, is on the hunt for an Experienced Sheet Metal Worker. What You’ll Be Doing

Fabricating galvanised and stainless steel components to perfection

Reading and interpreting technical drawings with confidence

Producing accurate cutting lists and working to exact specifications

Operating guillotines, brake presses, and plasma cutting machinery

Bending, shaping, and finishing metal to a flawless standard

Supporting new product development and continuous improvement projects
What We’re Looking For

Proven sheet metal fabrication experience (essential!)

Confidence reading technical drawings

Incredible attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive, organised, and reliable attitude

Knowledge of mechanical/manufacturing processes is a bonus
