Based outside of Yate
£12.21ph (regular salary increases based on performance)

Working with a well-established engineering company who are now on the lookout for Despatch Administrator to join their ever-growing team based on the outskirts of Yate.
Key Responsibilities – Despatch Administrator
- Despatch Administration- Picking goods for despatch, matching goods with paperwork, raising carriers’ documentation, loading goods onto carriers’ vehicles. Liaising with visiting customers in a courteous and helpful manner. Co-ordination with Sales team for maximising customer service.
- Stores- Maintaining accurate stock levels, kitting and picking for stores, maintaining stock rotation for FIFO. Putting stock away in stores and service department. Liaising with production control to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained. Completing stock checks as required.
- Service Exchange- Booking in of returned units, tracking and progressing outstanding returns, liaising with service exchange team and customers. Updating AA database.
Qualifications & Experience – Despatch Administrator
- Strong administration skills
- Dispatch or Logistics Coordination
