Installation Fitter / Driver - up to 32,000 per annum plus overtime. Based in North Bristol / South Glos (role will cover M4 corridor to London & surrounding areas). Benefits include 30 days holiday, Pension, On-site parking, Lunches provided. 45 hrs per week (Mon to Fri)
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Installation Fitter to join our successful client who manufacture high end office furniture to clients across the UK. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working as part of a small installation team, this role will involve delivering and fitting office furniture to clients along the M4 corridor and Midlands area. The successful candidate will have strong practical skills and ideally have experience of fitting and assembling furniture (or similar equipment) together. In addition you must have a full UK driving licence and work independently and use your initiative.
Duties of the Installation Fitter/ Driver will be:
-Installation of furniture products at customer premises
-Providing after care and carrying out snagging work
-Service calls to follow up on installations & resolve issues
-Delivering products to customer sites
-Helping out in production & the warehouse
-Loading & unloading vehicles
The successful Installation Fitter / Driver will have excellent customer facing skills and be able to carry out work to a high standard and ensure installations are finished to a high standard, ensuring the customer is satisfied at all times. In addition you must have a flexible approach to your working hours, as sometimes there may be early starts or late finishes - depending on customer requirements (overtime will be paid). This role will involve being predominantly on the road carrying out installation and fitting jobs, however there will be occasions when you will be required to help out within the warehouse.
