The Role:

  • Managing customer enquiries, queries and requests via phone and email, communicate effectively with internal departments such as the Laboratory, Logistics, UK Sales, etc, to ensure that all customer objectives are met
  • Temp to perm or permanent position available
  • Salary £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
  • Office based, 39hrs, Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30, 3:30 finish on Friday

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/support, BD role
  • Able to start immediately or within 2 weeks
  • Excellent communication IT skills (Microsoft, CRM systems)
