Due to our continued growth, we now require a Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial support department which is part of our wider sales department. The team manages all contracts, pricing, Salesforce CRM management, processes and documentation. The purpose of this role is to work alongside and support the Commercial team with services provided to our internal and external customers such as Contract Administration, Pricing, Digitalisation, Salesforce CRM and Process Mapping.

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, your main duties are below:-
• Assist in managing all Commercial Contracts, including Frame Agreements, Discount Partnership Agreements, Letters of Authority, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, while also performing due diligence checks. To maintain the Commercial Department Contracts Register and Subscriptions & Memberships Database. • • Forward external customer emails received in the Sales inbox to the appropriate Regional Sales Office. • • Assist with product pricing, price adjustments, and annual price increases. • • Provide administrative support for the weekly Management Meeting. • • Support Commercial communications, including Commercial Bulletins, Obsolescence Notices, and Internal Messages. • • Maintain Salesforce CRM data integrity, including weekly exchange rate updates. • • Monitor, update, and maintain the Internal Sales Intranet page with accurate and valuable information. • • Complete all Supplier/Vendor information requests and update the Company Information Pack accordingly. • • Coordinate and distribute the weekly in/out rota for the Commercial team. • • Assist in reviewing, updating, improving, and documenting all Commercial processes. • • Raise Purchase Orders as needed. • • Manage ad-hoc projects. • • Demonstrate a willingness to learn all aspects of the Commercial teams remit.
To be successful you should have proven administrative experience ideally gained within a larger or international company whereby you are dealing with suppliers, customers, working on a CRM database and providing accurate and timely documentation and administration across the department.
