Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and enhance our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) processes. This pivotal role involves overseeing our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management System (QMS):Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our ISO 9001 QMS, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement within QHSE processes and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Training & Development:Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness.jobdescription.org+1Go Media Jobs+1

  • Supplier & Subcontractor Evaluation:Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to evaluate and monitor suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality requirements.

  • Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and corrective actions; prepare reports for senior management.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Education:Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Wizbii.com

  • Experience:Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.

  • Certifications:Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, COSHH, NGC, GC3, IOSH, First Aid at Work, Fire Warden, ESD, ISO 9001 QMS Internal Auditing.

  • Skills:Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
