Our Client is a UK's leading supplier of aluminium glazing systems and bespoke aluminium extrusions, with over 40 years of industry expertise.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Customer Service professional to join our small on-site team. Full in-house training will be provided to help you gain product knowledge and set you up for success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Providing excellent customer service
- General office administration and record keeping
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
About You:
- Background in office administration and/or customer service
- Confident communicator
- Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Role Details:
- Salary: 24,500
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Mon/Tues/Thurs: 8:30am-5pm
- Wed: 8am-5pm
- Fri: 8:30am-4pm
- Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays
- Location: Fully on-site
