About the Role

You'll work in a warm, inclusive 3-bed residential home for children aged 8-18. Your job: lead shifts, guide staff, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and heard.
Shifts:

  • 7:30-20:00
  • 9:30-21:30
  • Sleep-ins: 22:00-10:30 next day ? 2-week rolling rota with every 2nd weekend off

What You'll Do

  • Lead care planning & risk assessments
  • Attend reviews, court work & professional meetings
  • Supervise staff & ensure high-quality care
  • Champion best practices & registration standards

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience leading shifts in a care setting
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Skilled in building tailored care plans
  • Positive, resilient, and great with people
