About the Role
You'll work in a warm, inclusive 3-bed residential home for children aged 8-18. Your job: lead shifts, guide staff, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and heard.
Shifts:
- 7:30-20:00
- 9:30-21:30
- Sleep-ins: 22:00-10:30 next day ? 2-week rolling rota with every 2nd weekend off
What You'll Do
- Lead care planning & risk assessments
- Attend reviews, court work & professional meetings
- Supervise staff & ensure high-quality care
- Champion best practices & registration standards
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience leading shifts in a care setting
- Creative problem-solver
- Skilled in building tailored care plans
- Positive, resilient, and great with people
