Based:- St. Neots, Cambridgeshire PE19
Rate:- 16.00 - 18.00 per hour + holidays
Monday - Friday 37.5 hrs (daytime hrs)
Contract:- rolling contract

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative/ Handyperson to work on-site inSt. Neots, PE19

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy facility, provide general repair/ maintenacework and support with facility modernisation/ upkeep.You should be handy with power tools and hand tools etc.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of hands on site maintence experience, as tasks may include (but not limited to) laying flooring/carpet, painting/decorating, bathroom refurb and other general site maintence requirements. You will;

Be able towork to reasonable deadlines.
Have an awareness of basic Health and Safety.
Provide your own tools and PPE.
Be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
Have excellent timekeeping.
Good communication skills.
