Duties & Responsibilities
Working closely with the General Manager, you will take full responsibilities for the busy bars, in addition to supporting other departments and acting as Duty Manager once full training has been given. You will ensure the highest level of customer service to customers and play an integral part in the many events that are held at the property.
This is a good quality destination hotel, bar and two rosette restaurant offering excellent locally sourced food, a good range of drinks and ales and well-appointed bedrooms and is popular with tourists and locals alike.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position candidates should come from a hospitality ideally with a good level of management or supervisory and bar experience.
You will be hands on in your approach with a real love for great food and beverage.
