One of the most respected names in the Defence industry is looking for a Business Continuity Coordinator to support resilience, incident management, and continuity planning at their Yeovil site.

  • Role: Business Continuity Coordinator
  • Contract: 6 Months
  • Location: Yeovil
  • Pay: Up to 26 p/hr (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
  • Working Pattern: 4 days onsite

As a Business Continuity Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the organisation's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Business Continuity and Incident Management advice in line with company policy and standards
  • Support business functions with Business Impact Assessments and Business Continuity Plans
  • Maintain and update Incident Management and Emergency Response documentation
  • Support and record actions from Business Continuity Working Group meetings
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity training, e-learning, and intranet content
  • Maintain the Business Continuity Risk Register and Single Points of Failure (SPOF) records.

This role is perfect for a hands-on, proactive individual who enjoys double-checking processes, engaging with numerous busienss units and helping a critical site stay operational.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Business Continuity and/or Incident Management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and data analysis skills
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving compliance
  • Contingency Planning and Crisis Management experience
