?? Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Deliver high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Assist in menu planning and stock control
- Lead kitchen shifts and supervise junior staff when required
- Participate in function catering (available as paid overtime)
?? Shift Pattern
- 5 out of 7 days, including 1 in 3 weekends (reducing to 1 in 5 when fully staffed)
- Early and late shifts on a rota basis: typically 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm
? Requirements
- Qualified chef with relevant culinary certifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in high-volume catering preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for food
