We're looking for a reliable and organised Construction Site Administrator to join our clients team on a busy construction site in Yeovil. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous admin experience, ideally within construction, to play a key role in supporting site operations.You'll work closely with site managers, contractors, suppliers, and head office to ensure smooth operations and excellent record-keeping.

This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established contractor with ongoing projects across the south west.

The site is accessible by public transport and parking is available.



Key Responsibilities for a Construction Site Administrator:

  • General administrative support to the site management team

  • Managing paperwork, site records, and filing systems

  • Logging deliveries and maintaining site registers

  • Assisting with timesheets, induction paperwork, and site documentation

  • Coordinating meetings and taking minutes where necessary

  • Ensuring health & safety documentation is up to date



Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience (construction background is a plus)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks

  • Reliable and punctual



Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (some flexibility may be required)

Pay: 14.00 per hour
