We're partnering with a well known Aerospace client in Yeovil who are currently seeking a Bids & Proposals Officer.
This role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in managing multiple bids, proposals, and tenders.
- Role: Bids & Proposals Officer
- Duration: 6-12 months
- Working Pattern: Hybrid
- Location: Yeovil
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing the entire lifecycle of bids and proposals
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of bids and proposals, providing regular updates to senior management
- Maintaining accurate records of all bids and proposals for reference and analysis
This is role perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and makes complexity look simple.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in preparing and managing bids, proposals, and tenders
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience in Aerospace or Defence sector is desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
