An excellent opportunity is available for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the maintenance and repairs team.
The role requires a minimum of NVQ level 2 or time-served experience in carpentry, masonry, and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
Key duties include completing a variety of trade tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining accurate paperwork.
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, offering an hourly pay rate of £20.00 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £17.05 inclusive of holiday).
A full UK driving licence is required, and the candidate should be available for out-of-hours emergency call-outs according to the rota.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative with core trade to join maintenance and repairs team .Key Duties * Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level* Ensure that work is carried out to a professional standard, adhering to building regulations, codes of practice or best practice.* To ensure at all times that all works comply with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures in the performance of the duties of the post.
