Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who has automotive knowledge to join their well respected, franchise dealership. We are looking for a someone who can take responsibility of their own work, take initiative and ensure the smooth running of the Sales department.
聽
As a sales administrator, you will also assist with the preparation of the necessary delivery documentation, including log books, vehicle books and invoices.聽 You will be responsible for the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles for the Sales Department, effectively supporting all departments with the flow of communication and administration as necessary.

Sales Administrator Skills & Qualifications

路Prior sales administrator experience within an automotive environment is essential
路Must have a pro-active approach to their work and be able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team
路Experience of systems kerridge / 1 link / pinnacle
路Must be an effective communicator
路Must be confident in invoicing
