Multi Skilled Operative - Yeovil
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on domestic properties in the Yeovil Area.
A lot of the work will be in void properties but you may go into occupied properties at times too.
Permanent contract with a reputable and well liked maintenance company.
Salary is £35,000 per annum + van + fuel card and benefits (will depend on experience)
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
- Going to various properties to carry out repairs and maintenance work some planned and some responsive.
- All aspects of maintenance work
- Completing a variety of works in various trades
- Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
- Driving a company van safely
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Qualification in a trade would be advantageous
