We are currently recruiting for 2 HR Advisors for a leading Education provider in Yeovil. These roles will have a strong focus on employee relations, so candidates with need to have a solid background in ER - preferably within the Care/Education sector.

Description
As the HR Advisor you will have regular contact with Managers at all levels and will be focused on building strong and credible relationships with key internal stakeholders. You will be pragmatic and solutions focused with a balanced and highly ethical and impartial approach. You will deliver all HR activity in a consistent manner, reflecting best practice and appropriately mitigating HR related risks promoting positive employee relations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Maintain accurate and current regional case log
- Weekly regional case log reporting to ER case manager and Regional Operations Director and HRBP
- Administration of letters invites/outcomes/disciplinary/investigation packs, filing and maintaining employee personnel folders
- Organise meetings/booking venues and supporting with note taking
- Support the ER case manager on a daily basis
- Attend ER, HR and Operational meetings on occasion and where appropriate
- Provide adhoc support to the ER investigation managers and Regional HRBP
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
- All roles will be expected to undertake any other appropriate duties as required by the Head of ER including providing cover for colleagues
Profile
HR Advisor - What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a HR Advisor, ideally within the care, education, or social services sector.
- Confident handling sensitive ER cases, ideally with knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build relationships across all levels.
- A calm and compassionate approach with the ability to work under pressure.

Candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own car. This is an office-based role with travel to support meetings within the South West region for meetings and adhoc support across the business.
