Vacancy: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Salary: £26k-£28k per annum DOE
JHP Recruitment are seeking a methodical and enthusiastic Warehouse Supervisor to join our Yeovil-based client on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with teams of up to 50 warehouse operatives and will have the ability to lead teams to achieve KPIs and support business growth.
Main Accountabilities:
- Assisting goods-in operations and stock control
- Picking (using handheld scanners), packing and palletising orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts
- Adhering to strict Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures
- Training and mentoring warehouse staff
- Some relief driving for local deliveries as and when required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous warehouse team leader/supervisor experience
- Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance, Reach or Bendi/Combi)
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Previous Health & Safety or BRCGS training
Working hours:
- 07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday
