The role is office based with occasional site visits involves preparing project estimates across a variety of industries, which includes conducting site surveys, managing tender processes, and scheduling project timelines. In addition, the position is responsible for addressing client queries, while ensuring strong relationships with both clients and suppliers are developed and maintained.

The role would suit a Gas Engineer, Plumbing and Heating Engineer or similar, looking to step off the tools into estimating and join an industry leading Mechanical Services Company.

The Role:
*Prepare accurate project estimates across multiple industries.
*Conduct site surveys and manage the full tender process.
*Plan and schedule project timelines for successful delivery.
*Handle client queries while maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.

The Candidate:
*Gas Engineer, Plumbing and Heating Engineer or similar
*Full UK Drivers licence
